There seem to be plenty of these available on ebay. On the example below you can read the Canada Post blurb under the illustration:

The US never used "Domestogramme's". We did of course have Aerogrammes as did many Countries. However they were discontinued around 2006 for lack of use. The problem with collecting US Aerogrammes is the size of unfolded/unused Aerogrammes are longer and wider than a US standard 8.5x11 page. I used to use them a lot many years ago(30+) when I corresponded with some Scouting buddies in Scotland, Wales and Ireland.

Rod, for your pleasure here is a Floral Domestogramme.

A set of 12 was issued in 1973, six different per packet, one for
each province and territory.

They were first issued minus the s in Postage/Poste and subsequently reprinted correctly Postage/Postes

They weren't very popular and probably the only people who
bought them were collectors.

The domestigramme was an extension of the aerogram, but intended for domestic use. The aerogram was largely popularized by its use during the Second World War (1939–45). Lieutenant Colonel R. E. Evans, Royal Engineers, Assistant Director Army Postal Service Middle East Force (MEF), proposed the lightweight self-sealing letter card that weighed only 1/10 oz for airmail purposes. Evans first saw the air letter form in Iraq, while touring the Commands after his arrival in the Middle East theatre. It had been introduced into the Iraqi postal service in 1933.
