While I go to the local stamp club meeting, I'll leave this image of what I am pretty sure is a Belgian revenue. Does anyone have an idea as to its value?
This is a Belgian general revenue from the 1927 series, Barefoot #79, priced at 10p for a half stamp and 30p for the complete stamp (although this one's damaged).
