Some more German area definitives.

Bavaria. This set was issued both perforate and impeforate and with 2 different overprints, for a total of six different sets with this design. All are pretty common in mint condition, but some are pretty scarce genuinely postally used. This design was also overprinted for the Saar as well, but those stamps are listed under Saar in Scott.

Wurttemberg. The used set is CTO. The mint set is yet another German-area inflation issue of the era, common in mint, much scarcer genuinely postally used.

lithograving, this is correct Czechoslovak definitive stamps 1971/1972.
There are stamps with phospor and normal paper.

dvaldemoro, that is a good looking page there.

Thanks for pointing out that these Czechoslovak definitives
have paper varieties.

I'm just wondering though regarding what you
call phospor paper.

When I check my duplicates with the long wave UV lamp
the majority are on non-fluorescent paper (dull, dead)
A few of the 1, 2 and 3K light up bright yellow
fluorescence but there is no after-glow after I remove the lamp
which would indicate the paper is not coated with phosphorescence.

A number of them are on hibrite (white) paper.

Are you using a short or long-wave lamp? or both?

I only have a long wave lamp which is suitable for
Canadian stamps (except for the Winnipeg tagged),
Denmark,West Germany,Sweden and some others.

dvaldemoro, thanks for those Michel pages which confirm
what I thought.

It reads Papier fl.uoreszenz (fluorescent paper) not
Papier Phosphoreszenz (phosphorescent paper)

When I use Google translate for the Spanish
PAPEL FOSFORO on the bottom right of your page
I get phosphorus paper

Michel catalog description is not correct (my album page is not correct too).

I have:
- Stamps with yellow phosphor.
- Stamps with white paper (fluorescent)
- Stamps with dark paper (non fluorescent)

The present definitives of Germany, begun in 2005, depict garden and wild flowers. A wonderfully colorful bouquet! The new ones, December 2014, are enlarged. Design by Stefan Klein and Olaf Neumann. They can be purchased in small sheets of 10 or in dispenser boxes.

dvaldemoro, those Austrian costume pages look
great, specially when viewed in PDF.

I really like the old style lithography look of the scenes
and the map at the end is very effective.

Do you have all these stamps?
