Is there much collectability of Sweden Coil Ends with Tabs?
Any premium or just and oddity with minimal value?
Without tabs are the stamps just considered damaged? or also collected?

What is the significance of the stamped letters on the tabs?

Suggest contacting the Scandinavia Philatelic Society and search for Swedish Specialists. There are specialists in this Swedish collecting area.

I would suggest contacting Jay Smith at http://www.jaysmith.com. He is a dealer and specialist in Sweden and could be a guide.

You could also go thru the http://scandps.org.uk

Hope that helps

Best,
Hal

For U.S. and Canada coil stamps, those with tab ends usually sell at a price above those without them. The same probably applies to coil stamps from Sweden. I have also found that the perforations of the coil tabs are usually of a different gauge than those of the coil stamps even though most would assume them to be of the same gauge.
