It's a newspaper stamp. Either SC#P3 1874, P4 1881 wmk 'kr' in oval (132) or P5 1898 Wmk. 135.
But never garbage.

I have similar "stamps" I didnt know they were newspaper stamps. I dont have many but mine is like the one top row to the right and the ones in the second row.
Do you see a clear water mark on them ? Mine has one. It is like a grid in the one that I have. Thanks for posting these. Mayby we should start a tread on News paper stamps.
Sry I cant give you any picture at the moment, due to repair work at home. In a few weeks I will buy a scanner. Then I dont have to take pictures of my stamps any more...
