Phosphor Stamps Serbia

Hi,
Just little info on "recent" Serbian stamps.




These stamps where issued in 2006, but stamp on the right (coat of arms)was overprint in 2009 (value from 20 to 22 dinars- couldn't find picture).
But in 100 stamp sheet for bout stamps (2006 and 2009 overprint) there are three stamps with phosphor added(field 12,45 and 89). There is possibility that this wont be in new word stamp catalogs.

...here are sample of overprint (on right-up side of picture), 2009 year, Jan. 28.
It is 22.00 Dinar new face value.
But, need to know this issue well, as regarding FC tag, different kind of paper, and few prints that occurred.
