Any tips on figuring out the Scott number on Chinese stamps? I ahve been having a bear of a time trying to figure them out, cause some are overstamped, some aren't, and I can't even tell if they are regular, air, parcel post, etc...
I have 79 different ones I can't find but 5-6 of them in the catalog.
