'Carried on the last TPO West DOWN Service' - I also have its brother (cachet in red) - 'Carried on the last TPO West UP Service'.

Seems strange they would be used on an Australia Coat of Arms pre-stamped envelope.

You can fit twice as much stuff on N scale over HO. Bur with my eyes, I need 1 : 1 scale. I just had my first cataract replacement yesterday. Then I'll see how crappy everything looks!

Here is an image of a stamp depicting a stamp depicting the first (diesel) automotrice built in Tananarive, Madagascar, designed and engraved by French artist Pierre Munier (1889-1962), and issued by Malagasy on February 1, 1962, Scott No. 325.

Here are images of first day covers bearing the five stamps in a set depicting famous American trains: Daylight; Congressional; 20th Century Limited; Hiawatha; and Super Chief, designed by Howard Paine (1929-2014), printed by lithography (Ashton Potter (USA) Ltd.), and issued by the USA on August 26, 1999, Scott Nos. 3333-37.

A bus driver, trains, a plane, a ship and pipe-laying equipment, designed by Hatem El Mekki (1918-2003), printed by photogravure, and issued by Tunisia on March 6, 1978 as one of a set of three stamps publicizing the 5th development plan to create new jobs, Scott No. 712.

One of the stamps in the U.K.'s "Royal Mail Heritage: Transport" Post & Go set of 2016 features a rail-traveling post office from the 1890's.
