Received my latest emmissions from the Agartha Philatelic Bureau.

Nice CDS cancel, and the best English cancel I have seen
(there isn't one! )

There is of course the Orange barcode sorter
and the curious "Sleigh Mail" cachet on reverse with "Bah Humbug"
which we shall hide from the children.

Front Cachet error noted, there should be 9 reindeer instead of 5
Apparently Rudolph is back on the bottle.

Maybe when Santa visits Agartha, he only needs 5 raindeer?

Perhaps the cachet is of Santa leaving Agartha and four of the reindeer liked it there so much they decided to stay.

Isn't that funny Rod. I was just looking at my Agarthas today. They ARE wonderful.
Have you heard from Marius lately? I see he hasn't posted on here in 5 years! I hope he's ok.

edit. Sadly I see his domain name - agartha.co.uk - is for sale.

Good morning James,
Yes, strange that, like buying a scarce model car, when you purchase, then you see them everywhere.

A member here recently posted an ID on an Ecuador stamp, I had one on my desk sorting a worldwide collection.

Havn't seen or heard of Marius for a few years, hopefully he is in a den somewhere, sorting, mounting, designing..........

ARGATHA
Dedicated to the Cinderella collectors everywhere, for they possess the true spirit of adventure in their efforts to probe the boundaries of the orthodox philatelic world.
