Could you please scan in the cover page of Volume I as a Black and White high resolution scan and send it to me in some way? I seem to have lost that page and would like to replace it in my album.
If you respond to my email to you, I can. Actually, The cover page is identical to that for Volume II except there is no volume information. If you have editing software, all you have to do is can it and match color to page, then wipe out the "Volume II". Regardless, I can send to you.
Excellent. I'll give that a try. Volume III is FULL. I don't know if I can fit the 2011 supplement in it. I'm hoping the 2011 supplement makes a Volume IV.
