If you are having problems with Photo Shop, there is a FREE open source program called "GIMP" that works extremely well with PDF's....It has excellent photo retouching attributes...That is one of the programs I use quite often...

Just a suggestion...

Disclaimer: this is a complete guess!

Based on that cancel, I would guess this is a predate and possibly issued from Canada Post head office (which I think is in Ottawa?) prior to public release.

Wert is quite right, Gimp is an excellent program, especially for the computer illerate such as myself.

The problem with both the Gimp and photoshop is, the blank stare you have when you start either of them for the first time... "Now what do I do???"
