It is unfortunate that countries say one thing and do another. But stamps are what they are, I guess I would use as a caption stating what they are as in this case, 30'th Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, 10 Dec 1976.

Well they reportedly are enriching all that uranium to help the some 8000 ppl with cancer neading treatment so without looking behind the curtain that would be helping on a Human rights front I think.

Yes I have my opinion also Nitrolures and I got my hand slap in another forum for just that. So I will stick to the stamp. And I did not say, I did or did not agree with you. Buy I will still stick to the stamp and still use the caption I had stated.

My apology for putting a stamp between tonque and cheek. I do hope that things in Iran are that where a new humanatarian issue can be released soon.

No need for apology, I do agree. That stamp should be a world Issue by all countries.
