Some look self explanatory, but if anyone cares
to add any snippets of information on any of them,
shall be appreciated.

For example the Budepest aerofila, that's German, correct?
Thanks.

Your other labels are German in origin, yes.

The AEROFILA 67 label simply says "International Airmail Exhibition".

The diamond-shaped stamp is one of four designs made for the 4th Kulmbach OPHILA Stamp Exhibition. Upon some brief searching, I haven't been able to find out what the OPHILA is intended to imply, unless perhaps the "O" stands for Oberfranken (Upper Franconia). The V.O.B. noted on the label is an acronym for "Federation of Upper Franconian Stamp Clubs". Kulmbach is in the northern end of Bavaria, relatively close to the old East German border.

The remaining labels are for various handicapped benefits - crippled children, paraplegics, etc. Krautheim is in Baden-Württemburg, roughly between Heidelberg and Nuremberg. There were at least 5 different editions of these labels (some with values indicated, from 1 to 10 Pf), with at least 6 different designs. Not all designs are present in every edition, though.
