As per title, not seeing these in Scott's. I'd love to know what they are, year, any type of Cat #, and rough value (if any) so I can catalog them in the collection.

Thanks for any assistance!

The scan is poor,
one needs just 1 scan of each type so we can read them.
Possibly newspaper stamps on right, looks like covered in newsprint,
the stamps were affixed before the newspaper was printed.

I would also say the blue ones are revenues and the red ones are used on newspaper items.

The blue stamps on the left are Belgian revenues for the tax on bills of exchange (bank drafts).

These ones say "Payable en Belgique" at the bottom; there are similar series with "Payable a l'etranger" instead which were used like British "Foreign Bill" revenues.

The red stamps on the right are revenues for use on posters.

They should say "TIMBRE" at the top and "AFFICHES" at the bottom (and I think they do).

The stamps appear to be Belgian 'revenue' issues.

And if I remember one of your previous posts correctly, these revenues were put on the paper BEFORE the actual printing. Therefore, what you see on the stamp is part of the text printed on the poster. Y/N?
