Checking Watermark On Modern Commonwealth Stamps

I would really appreciate any tips on revealing watermark on modern Commonwealth stamps. For some reason watermark fluid doesn't do the job. By modern I mean 70s-80s from Bahamas, Bermudas and such.

Forgot to mention that stamps are used.
