Ok I need a little help with these stamps, I ve been looking in the scotts catalog and not sure what numbers these stamps are its the 90 on the bottom lefthand that I not to sure about Thanks

I don't have a Scott right at hand at the moment, but in Yvert your 90c is shown in the 1902-05 set, in those colors. I can check Scott later, if no one else pipes up.

I think it might be Belgium Q41, but I'm relying on an auction seller and not the actual catalogue. Again, I can check later to be sure.

I think Q41 is a pretty safe call catalog 20 cents mint or used !

There are two prints of these stamps (up to 90 cents). First has black numerals and engravers name below frame. Second has colored numerals and without engravers name. Yours mostly second print starting at # Q29, there are few I can't make out the color of the numerals.
