This special souvenir sheet released on 13 August 2013 by Singapore has the theme: " Our City in a Garden". The design features 3 orchids, the Grammatophyllum speciosum (tiger orchid), the Cymbidium bicolor, and the Dendrobium leonis. The same design is also broken into 4 parts in a 4-stamp set in the same issue, with the 1st 2 values released in self-adhesive formats. This souvenir sheet has attached to it some seeds of the Porticulata grandiflora (moss rose), located on the left side just off the pangolin.
