The stamps from the Liannos local post in Constantinople are listed in Michel.
The TEO overprint is indeed from the 1919-1921 French occupation of Cilicia in Turkey. If you look carefully you can see the black overprint in full is actually "T.E.O. Cilicie". It's interesting that this Turkish stamp had already been overprinted in red and surcharged in blue.
