Many heart shapes can be found on Ireland's 1997 sheet format "Greetings" stamp.

Here is Ireland's set of 2 "Love" stamps issued on January 26, 1993. The 28p stamp shows the Queen of Hearts with her tarts, and the 32p stamp depicts a person spreading love (hearts) from a hot air balloon.

BTW, the souvenir sheet from GDR (East Germany) in the post above contains a four-leaflet shamrock rather than green hearts, as a wish of good luck

In 1995, Japan issued a small "Greetings" sheetlet with 5 self-adhesive, 80 yen stamps and accompanying, die cut message labels. One of the stamps (Sc. #2469) features an oversized heart-shaped flower.
