I found this in a book of blocks, and it seemed a bit strange. The stamps are all roller cancelled "Toronto Ontario Postal Stn F" with a "2" between each. The cancels appear to start and end on this block, so it is not part of a larger precanceled page. It also appears to have been used. Possibly ran out of larger denomination stamps and needed one dollar in postage? Any ideas?

I have no ideas on this one, but it is neat. The only thing that would make it better (personally) is if it had the plate number.

Business franking, as Rod says, maybe for reply card mailing, or even postage due.

Hi All

I wanted to post an image of a multiple Canadian used partial sheet on a card in here that was used as 'postage due'. Postage Due stamps I mean that are all cancelled on a card - only a corner block missing on it but used intact.

For some reason, I put it under "Celebrity Covers" - please don't ask me how. When I was doing it, the post didn't appear and I thought it didn't take, but, it did, under that thread.

I screwed up somewhere, somehow
