Is (January, 2-1900) it the first postal century working day?

Maybe it exist some cancel on January first... I don't know.

While I agree it has eye appeal, is it not the second day of the last year of a century? (Centuries start with year one.)

Good point Cjd. The Y2K episode kind of makes up think that 000 is year one where it really is not.
