Hi Again

This is a nice cover showing a civilian censor marking that was applied to this cover once it arrived into the U.S. from Mexico.

The cancel on the stamp is blurred somewhat but appears to be dated Dec. 12, 1942. Unfortunately, there aren't any backstamps to show a clear date.
