Hello, casselo and Puzzler!

This is a cool duplex, made just for fun.
The USPS issued the rose stamp in 2004. See the denomination 37c and the inscription USA, both in green, in the upper-left corner of the rose stamp.
I could show you an image, but I am not allowed here to post "external links"...
The collector has created a sticker/label/Cinderella/"tab", with his own portrait photo (probably), and with a blank space onto which he affixed the real stamp (the rose stamp).
The real stamp got postmarked, and the label got other postmarks, in the process.
A nit-picky postal worker could have objected to the fact that the real stamp is entirely onto a label, not directly on the envelope.
Anyway, the point is that enough postage was presented and canceled, and the rest is just a harmless embellishment.

Oops.

Mt un-knowledge of US stamps did me in there. Sorry. I see the 37c / USA now.

A philatelic promotion! Neat.

Hello DC3 and Puzzler

Thanks for the explanations.
I hadn't seen the denomination "37 c / USA" like Puzzler!
An interesting work and good imagination.
Regards

Thanks, Guykickinit! Think of the impossible to find stamps, then..."find" them by designing them! :)

Thanks, Puzzler!

So you don't like my penguin stamp?...:(...:)

I am calling the shots... made by other photographers, for these 3 stamps.
I also have a few Zazzle stamps with my own photos.

Yes, KGV Collector, it's a joy to sift through a big pile of stamps, leisurely. Treasure hunting - a philatelic version of having fun. :)
I know Zazzle does not accept a stamp image as THE image, or even the word Stamp on a Zazzle stamp.
Maybe it would accept the image of a pile of overlapping stamps.

I think that USPS has never issued any non-cartoonish stamp with a skunk or an opossum. Or with a coyote, which is another Zazzle stamp of mine.
So I filled some gaps, didn't I?
