Dear Friends,
Lao PDR issued 2 Sheets of personalized stamps for the 25th SEA Games on 9th December 2009.
These personalized couple of S/s (5,000 of each design) were available on the spot in Vientiane and by mail order all around the country.
There were valid also for foreign mail. The very well advertised issue was a mere 'flop' and only 600 couples were sold, mostly to stamps dealers.
The remainders were vertically cut at the center of the perso tab and used as this.
Cheers,
mauriziolaos

Hello mauriziolaos, welcome to Stamp Community!

I like the elephants everywhere on the Laos, now Lao PDR, stamps.
Nice pictures of your shop (I think).
