I only have a Scott world catalogue which doesn't help but any assistance appreciated identifying this one.



Appears to be a Jaipur State 1913 ˝A but I can't see it in this colour.
Could it be postal stationary or something else?

Scott#17A4 from 1913 is ultramarine.

maybe it's forgery or color changed after years ( I think something similar was mentioned here on forums somewhere )
