So, I decided to try something different before I go and mount of all my stamps of Ukraine. I redid my 1992 pages with some new fonts, and I'd like other people's opinions, since I am torn about what looks better.

The original pages with serif fonts can be found here:

The new san-serif fonts can be found here:

While looking through example pages from other stamps albums, I noticed that most album makers uses sans-serif fonts. So, I did a quick cleanup of my pages, and now I'm torn.

I would agree with Footballphilately on the first, sorry.
But it still is what you like that counts.

I am split on this one - I like the sans serif for the country title, but the serif for the individual descriptions.

I am working on a new layout using LaTEX, which might make my life a lot easier.

I'd say mix it up. I like the serif fonts for the headings (I found the sans serif head too heavy) and sans serif for the description. The word spacing is better, though you are still having some trouble. You might consider un-justifying the descriptions to get rid of that spacing problem.

In LaTex all that is taken care of for me. I just enter the text and it goes and cleans it all up. I'll post something tomorrow for people to look at.

Ok, so I did the first two pages in Latex. The box sizes are all wrong, but at least you can see what I am trying.

And my final page redesign attempt, to make the pages more compact and add some graphics.

You can see the PDF of a sample page here:

And final layout for all of 1992. Cleaned up the layout a lot more and made it less busy:
