This stamp is overprinted on front but also has printing on back (can't read) and is on very heavy card stock simular to postal cards. If it wasn't perffed I'd say it was a cut out from card but thats not the case. Any info greatly appreciated.

It`s a Russian stamp who also could be used as money. It is from the first world war and printed between 1916-1918. The last russian word is monetoj = money.

Actually the inscription runs as follows:
"In circulation on par with small coppers (coins). "
It was issued in 1916 and overprinted in 1917.

I'll revive this one. Shown here is some more Russian stamp money, circa 1915, I believe.
