Hi to all

This is a 6d purple on red,(although it looks more like purple on mauve, but there where shade variations)
It has an imperial crown watermark and perf of l4
However what I would like to know is does anyone know what the postmark N.C.D.O. means?
Information is allways appreciated and highly valued

Don't know what it means, but it looks like W.C.D.O. to me.
