This Hong Kong Stamp doesn't have a scott catalog number, I don't really understand, anyone can help to elaborate ?

Only the 5 cent Stamp Duty, not the 15 cent, is listed in Gibbons, as SG F12 (£90 mint, £14 used). Gibbons note that it 'was authorised for postal use between 11 and 20 January 1938 due to a shortage of the 5c.'

You appear to have a commerical overprint, would need to look up, It should enhance the value a little!

The purple print is just the end of a date '15th ... [possibly April]'; there's also a handwritten character I can't make out. No additional value.
