This one looks very strange to me... is that some kind of forgery or what? For me, it doesn't looks like the usual Type II of this stamp...

1850 Scott 5 9kr blue, Type II

I'm not an expert on Austria, but it looks clear to me you do not have a Type II.

My Type II shows the "9" much higher than the "Kreuzer" inscription, almost touching the label, while your "9" is lower. Perhaps you have Type I or Type IA. The Type IA has 1.25mm between the "9" and the "K". If you measure it, and it is not 1.25 mm between, than you probably have Type I.

Of course a real expert could tell you different.

Might not be a T2, but it looks legit to me, but I don't think it matters though in that condition. The Cancel looks ok.
