Hi Stampvirgin. It's a revenue stamp so it won't be listed in Scott.

This is a King Edward VII Stamp Duty revenue, 20c brown & violet: Barefoot #46 from 1903 if watermark Crown CC or Barefoot #68 from 1907 if watermark Multiple Crown CA.

Some but not a lot! They were priced at £1.50 and £1.00 respectively in the 1996 Barefoot catalogue. I don't have any of the newer editions but I'm sure they'll have gone up a bit.
