Yes, I collect Germany using Scott Catalogue (my collection only has few varieties). Also I have Michel but my German is not well.

You mean to say they do not do an English version, for the majority of stamp collectors on the planet???!

I collect Germany using the Deutschland Spezial 2001. Most Europeans use Michel in my experience.

I have Michel and Scott and like Michel better even though its in German. If you work with both catalogs you learn to recognize some words and it has better stamp images so you can match up stamps better. I have a Michel Junior catalog from like 1997 because my friend gave me his 2006-2007 Michel and I keep a 1971(my birth year) and a 1982 Michel Specialized for the WW2 and Local issues. Even in 1982 prices for locals and WW2 issues were astronomical so I dont know what to do about collecting them. Just try matching up the stamps and try remembering the words because it sometimes helps.
