Greg perhaps you or Bob or any other German experts have some knowledge of these stamps as you can see two are mint one used

Rick..Those stamps, SC 198-209 issued 1922 to 1923 are stamps from the first infaltion era Germany went thru.

The used stamps, are valued around 4- 5 times the value of MNH.

But be careful, many stamps have CTO hand stamps, and their value is the same as MNH.
