Arranging North Africa Stamps

Hello Everybody,

I am a new member and an amateur stamp collector. And this is my first post. I was recently rearranging my stamps according to locations and faced a question: should I place North Africa stamps in the Africa page or the Middle East page. Do you experts ponder on such inane questions? How do you solve it? And do you guys arrange stamps according to geographic locations or is it too amateurish?
