Just wondering info on this one seen on ebay and alot of people use this as avatars on other stamp forums

to SCF.

Your stamp is the 1932-1937 one shilling Lyrebird. Used value $4

It replaced the one shilling blue kangaroo and map of Australia in use from 1913-30's.

Isn't this the George VI era version, from 1937-49? If watermarked, and perf 13½ x 14, around $4; if watermarked and perf 15 x 14, minimal value.

I think you could be very right Tony!

I had forgotten about the large and small issues of this stamp.

I know very little about Aus from 1935 1966.
