JFK is hugely popular. I see him on many foreign stamps. In my honest opinion he was the Greatest President that the US can ever hope to have. After his assassination corruption ruled ever since. Sad to say the least.

Theodore "T.R." Roosevelt, Jr. (1858-1919) was the 26th President of the United States (1901-1909). When the Spanish–American War broke out in 1898, Roosevelt formed the Rough Riders, a volunteer cavalry regiment that fought in Cuba. Here is an image of a stamp featuring a portrait of Colonel Teddy Roosevelt in his Rough Rider uniform, engraved and printed by P. Fernandez y Cia, S.A., Havana, and issued by Cuba on October 27, 1958 to commemorate T.R.'s birth centenary, Scott No. 610, plus a photographic portrait of Col. Roosevelt which may have been the model for this stamp's design.

Here is an image of an imperforate engraved airmail stamp featuring a profile portrait of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, issued by Brazil on May 20, 1949, Scott No. C76. Note: I suppose that FDR was so famous that it was not thought necessary to include his name on the stamp!
