1978 Australia White Tailed Kingfisher

Hi to all
These two stamps also came from the Hoard.
Not only does the one on the right have a colour shift on the beak, but also the blue is lighter and the nest is a different colour.
I have examined it with a UV light and there does not seem to be any tampering. Has anyone else seen this variance in the stamp?
