I noticed this today whilst sorting my Third Reich stamps. Is this normal with these issues?

Look in the bottom cuticle of the upper left 8 on the left stamp. Looks as if maybe something was stuck on the die during printing.

Here is my whole collection thus far.

This flaw it`s not listed in Michel (Spezial 2005), is all I can add. 1941 Mi#786.

It's not damaged. Just missing ink. I'll scan it as large as possible for you.

Likely just random debris during the printing process.

I guess it`s just a coincidence, anyway, I checked cca 30 or more 8pf. Nothing similar found. (besides mine seem quite uniform)

I doubt it's a plate flaw. There's no indication of repetition across printings. It's not uncommon to get random defects due to dust or other debris during the printing. These random defects don't generally warrant much, if any, premium.
