My foreign stamps have grown especial since my daughter wants to build that side of the collection. So I guess I should say hers has grown. In any a nice amount of foreign stamps mixed in with some US stamps I bought.

They are mostly date stamped from the late 1880's to around 1910 and include the countries of France, Italy, Canada and Germany. In addition I know have some nice Blue Philippine Islands Documentary stamps I know nothing about.

Is there one Scott book or do I need something different?

Mkfarm:

The Scott Classic catalogue lists stamps of the world from 1840-1940, and the countries of the British Empire & Commonwealth to 1952 (the end of the reign of His Late Majesty King George VI).

You may want to see if your local library carries that catalogue. You may also want to check a local stamp club.

Cheers!

David
