I have added some up close phots of some Austria stamps. I think 2 have varnish bars but am unsure. Please help with identification and value thanks!

Busy in the garden now (it's a beautiful day!) so can't really get into depth. But I do see varnish bars on the third stamp down. The diagonal alternating light and dark tones.
If you hold the stamps at an angle and look, the light will refract off the varnish and you can see it more clearly.
Now, back to those weeds!
