Yes, you have a nice re-entry here. If you have a look at my page on the Map
Stamp on my website, <http://www.re-entries.com/mapstamp.html>, and scroll
down to stamp #15, you will see that your Map is from 2A19, that is, Plate
2, Red Plate A, Position 19. And yes, the cross within the cable area does
indeed show downwards doubling.
