I don't know much about these, but I've been trying to acquire a set of them for my collection. The ship at the top of the image is the same engraving used on the US stamp #117. Additionally, some of these Peru Postage Dues came with grills, just like US stamps. They are really gorgeous stamps in my opinion!

2010 Scott catalogue value for these two stamps is .90 each. I doubt they have changed much since then ...
