Stamp From Iran That I Need Help With.

I need some help with this stamp from Iran. I looks like one of the early lion stamps, but it does not match 100%. I have checked the Scotts catalog 2009 vol 3 and other sites to see if I can at least find a picture of it.
I am wondering if it is a forgery. any help would be most be a help.

With the inscription "Iran," it's from the modern era, not old.

This is from the last set of Officials, Scott #O-72, issue of February 1974, 25 cents used.
