Gibbons now lists an inverted watermark (unpriced mint £50 used), so there may be hope yet! (The watermark is multiple stars, with the single point facing up, and the two points facing down).
Failing that, Plateflaw is right on the money. 10c to a generous buyer.
My catalog (Scotts, 2010) says for a set mnh the catalog is $192.30, while hinged the catalog is $125, so yours would be $125.. I don't, however, know what the retail is. Most of the stamps are of reasonably low value except for the last two, which catalog for $60 and $87.50 never hinged.
Gibbons' 2012 catalogue value for these is £170 for mint unhinged, but they suggest about a quarter to a half that price for hinged. Gibbons' prices for the two high values (unhinged) are £80 for the 15 Rupee and £85 for the 25 Rupee. Gibbons also lists inverted watermarks on the 1½ Anna (£26 used - unpriced mint) and on the 1 Rupee (£70 mint).
There are a couple of points to be made about this set. The first is that, if it spent very long in Pakistan, it may have suffered tropicalisation: an overall browning of the paper, particularly noticeable on the reverse. (For some reason, this seems to be particularly common on the 15 Rupee value.) The other point is that the Gibbons prices are for the 'official' overprints, made at the Indian Security Printing Works. Local overprints were also made at many different locations in the new Pakistan, by everything from metal plates to rubber stamps. These are usually worth rather more, provided they can be shown to be genuine. Your set looks to all be from the 'official' overprints, and I can't see any signs of tropicalisation.
