He sells regummed, reperfed (incl 'OS' and 'T') and stuff with false cancels. Google the name for more info.

Many, many bogus overprints and surcharges are offered by stamps_fishing. Seemingly without shame, and without any action being taken by ebay.

stamps_fishing is a complete crook. Shill bidding, bogus perfins/overprints, re-perfing and re-gumming are his modus operandi. Buyer beware.

As 64idgaf stated just google his name.
