Well this stamp was not difficult to locate in Scott (2008) It is MLH.
Again in reading the Scott Catalog it says counterfeits exist. My only defense is stamp was purchased before 1960 from an approval company.
From Scott: "Very fine examples of Nos. 66-72 will have perforations cutting the outer colored border but clear of the inner framelines."
So does this define the stamp pictured?
