Not to be a Richard but.... I just bought a new 2012 Mustang and at $25,000 base price you are going to need a lot of stamps..... I have been collecting stamps for 45 years and have many valuable stamps but no way would I be able to sell them and pay for my Mustang, just sayin

It would be considered a "poster stamp" (or cinderella) for Women's Suffrage back in 1915. The last scan identifies them being produced by the Eureka Specialty Printing Company of Scranton, Pennsylvania. As to value, there are specialized catalogs for such things which I don't have but perhaps other SCF members may have more information.
