simplified list of GB perfins
Found it at Catalogue number #127 (++2)
No information forthcoming :(
The part CDS revealed what looked like ?AMSTED
Put the internet to work
and of the 7,739 known British CDS postmarks
3 came up
BERKHAMSTED
BRASTED
STANSTED
Using the circumference of the CDS had to be Berkhamsted
Googled WC & N Berkhamsted
and up came William Cooper and Nephews
