This stamp is Scott O82 1937 type of 1926. Stamps with perforated stars were issued for officials. Scott gives values for unpunched that were issued for collectors (see note for unused). Is there a catalogue that gives values for the unused perforated ones issued for officials?
jorgesurcl Hello and thank you. I don't have Yvert Tellier cat. and don't get to see it often. They mention there is also a round perf "à l'emporte-pièce". Had to do a little research. It means a round perf position anywhere on the stamp. I'm mistaken. I think there is no catalogue and value for Costa Rica perf.
