This is not directed at any one or two individuals.

I think things are getting a little out of hand. May I suggest that everybody take a brief break from "logistical" topics for the time being to "cool" off a little, and not make any rash comments or decisions.

There are lots of non-logistical threads that have interesting stamp info and also unanswered stamp questions. May I suggest we all get back to the basics for a while, until emotions can come back down to earth.

I'm not saying this thread (and related threads) does not bring up an important issue. But it's pretty apparent that we are no longer discussing the issues, but personalities. I had pretty much stayed out of most of these discussions, because I know how volatile these things can become. Now, I don't think I have much choice. But I don't want to contribute to the discussions until everybody has had some time to cool off. Can we take a couple days break from these topics? Come back after we've all cooled off a little.

I've been active at SCF a couple of years. I don't want all that time to go down the drain. I'm asking this of everyone, as one of the relatively "older" family members.

Thank you.

Time for me to go to sleep.

k
